Nevada State Railroad Museum

The museum operates a heritage railroad which offers passenger excursion trains using historic railroad equipment on a 7-mile, 45 minute round trip. The train operates on weekends only and is closed for the month of January. Departure times are as follows: 10 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. (Saturdays and Sundays only). Boarding begins 15 minutes before departure.

The railway is operated by the Nevada State Railroad Museum and is located on the tracks that were installed to support construction activities at the Hoover Dam. The state obtained the tracks and right of way from the Union Pacific Railroad in 1985.

There are two dedicate pistol ranges that can accommodate up to 20 shooters and five utility bays where shooters can shoot their pistols and carbines without having to move between ranges.

Time to get crazy! Your machine gun experience begins by selecting one of their many firearms available in our arsenal. You think you have what it takes to be a sniper? Only at Pro Gun Club can you rent a 50 caliber sniper rifle and take aim at a 1,000 yard target. They have guns dated back to World War II to modern day firearms found in video games such as Call of Duty, so if you want to experience a piece of history or live out the inner soldier, they have the guns just for you.

Once you have your arsenal ready, let them know what you are looking to shoot at. All of their shoots come standard with your safety equipment and paper target but they can add fruit, exploding targets or vehicles to your shoot at an additional charge.
